Kelly Wojda is an executive coach, writer, speaker, and business owner. Her company, Kelly Wojda Consulting, is a firm dedicated to the needs of leaders experiencing significant change. She helps individuals and teams go deep with their professional development by focusing on the critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and communication skills required for positive work relationships and better business outcomes.

She previously had a 33-year corporate career, most recently as Vice President of Learning & Development with Caterpillar Inc., a $67 billion manufacturer with 110,000 employees. Her team delivered global leadership and professional skills development, change management plans, learning technology implementations, learning data analytics, and employee experience programs. She previously led the talent management team, focusing on succession planning, executive recruitment, and diversity and inclusion programs. Her HR career also included roles supporting employees in Asia, leading corporate communications, and managing HR for Caterpillar’s construction and electric power businesses. Kelly has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.A. in English. She enjoys bike riding and lives in the Chicago area with her family.
